Verisure – Salesbook: Real-Time Sales Performance & Motivation Tool
Verisure’s complex sales organization required a custom digital system that could track performance, motivate staff, and deliver clear, actionable insights. We partnered with Verisure to design and build Salesbook, a web-based platform that supports all user roles—from field salesperson to regional manager—with transparent, role-based dashboards, reporting, and KPI tracking.
The system is built on a responsive, multi-platform architecture (mobile-friendly with push notifications) using Sencha ExtJS for the interface. Users can log results in the field, monitor performance, compare with peers, and managers and owners can follow trends and coach accordingly.
Usability was paramount: intuitive design, no manual needed, immediate familiarity. We also focused on handling large information flows, adapting the system for international rollout (Norway, Finland, upcoming Belgium & Netherlands), and maintaining agility through constant improvements.
Salesbook has enabled Verisure to gain deeper insight into their operations, sharpen coaching, and elevate results—turning internal data flows into motivational action.
